vehicle is in EXCELLENT condition with ALL maintenance, even tire balance and rotation, performed at Park Ave BMW
Service Center. Oil changes performed every 3k miles. I don't wait the 10-15k miles that most BMW owners do. This
is my personal vehicle. All records are available and you can speak to my SA at Park Ave to get all the service
details. The car is completely stock with only BMW OEM upgrades. This is a NON-SMOKER and NO PETS vehicle. Car is
immaculate inside and out. Many of the xDrive models out there don't have the Dynamic Handling package. Trust me
you need it. The xDrive makes the car a little heavier and without the Dynamic Handling the car will not feel as
tight as you would like..This specific one handles amazing!!
It comes with a great Tire/Rim Warranty with 5 years left. This warranty covers tire replacements if you get a blow
out from pothole or even if you get a flat. Wheels are also covered if bent or cracked and I can transfer this over
to a new owner.
The Vehicle has a BMW CPO Warranty until 5/2019 or 100k miles. It also has the maintenance free program also until
5/2019 or 100k miles. This is your chance to drive a very well equipped BMW with the peace of mind of not having to
worry about the cost or repairs or maintenance.
Added Upgrades
The car has 20" OEM BMW black rims with Toyo Sport tires with over 90% tread left on all tires and TPMS
installed; I use this for the summer (about $4000 for the set). The vehicle also has the standard 19" M-Sport
wheels with Goodyear Eagle All Season tires with TPMS that I use in the winter.
I installed the M-Sport exhaust system at Park Ave BMW Service Center ($1200).
Installed Black Kidney grills and Rear black trunk lip also at Park Ave BMW Service Center ($600).
All Season Rubber Mats for added protection ($60).
